The Ordering Party informs that the design and construction of a bicycle path resulting from the Functional and Utility Program is excluded from the scope of this contract.

7.The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Act consisting in the repetition of similar services, construction works, consistent with the subject of the basic contract, i.e. consisting in designing, performing preparatory and demolition works; execution of works related to the construction/reconstruction of the water and sewage network; execution of works related to power grids and external lighting; execution of works concerning telecommunications networks; making the surface from asphalt mineral-bituminous mixtures or from small-sized concrete or stone elements together with the substructure; performance of greenery works (felling and grubbing trees, planting trees, shrubs and other plants); execution of road safety elements (horizontal and vertical markings, etc.), provided that the value of these contracts does not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract – lot No. 4 of the contract, and the Contracting Authority will have financial resources for their implementation, after negotiations with the current Contractor.
