Description:

The offer relates to household waste collected in Odense S and Odense SV for Odense Renovation, in Svendborg Municipality for Water and Waste and in Kerteminde Municipality for Kerteminde Supply - Renovation A / S.

Odense Renovation, Water and Waste and Kerteminde Supply - Renovation A / S is under one designation as the Contracting Authority.

The agreement is divided into 3 sub-agreements, with 1 sub-agreement for each geographical area.

The collection must take place in the following fractions:

- Residual waste,

- Food waste,

- Paper / cardboard,

- Glass / metal,

- Batteries,

- Electronics (VA and KF only),

- Garden waste (customer KF) The collection will take place primarily in buckets with one or two chambers. For further specification i, refer to the requirements specifications.

There is an option in the contract to purchase additional one- and / or two-chamber buckets.

The contracts have a term of 6 years with an option to extend for 12 months. The agreements will come into force for each other at the earliest from April 2020.


Sub-agreement 1: collection of household waste in Odense S and Odense SV for Odense Renovation

Supply of household waste collected in Odense S and Odense SV for Odense Renovation A / S. The agreement concerns the collection of various fractions of waste, including residual and food waste and special recyclable materials at private addresses in the area. It's about. 580,000 empties a year in different types of buckets.

- Energy containers (waste and food waste) with a 14-day discharge of approx. 17 100 buckets and mini-containers, as well as 205 other containers (tilt containers, large containers and partially buried containers),

- Recycling containers (paper / cardboard, glass / metal) with 4-week emptying of approx. 14 100 buckets and mini containers as well as 95 other containers (tilt containers and partially buried containers).

This sub-agreement concerns the supply area under the postal codes Odense S and Odense SV.

The contract period has a term of 6 years with an option for an extension of 12 months.

The desired time for commencement of the new contract with ordinary cars that meets section 23 of the requirements specification is 1.6.2020, but can be done later, cf.


Sub-agreement 2: collection of household waste in Svenborg Municipality for Water and Waste

At Water and Waste today, unsorted household waste is collected in sacks, buckets and mini containers and this is also the scenario when the contract starts on 1.4.2020.

Subsequently and as new 2-chamber cars are delivered and new buckets are driven out, the contractor in collaboration with Water and Waste and the bucket supplier will roll out the new schemes.

The new schemes mean that all households and other customers must have at least one:

- Energy container (residual and food waste) with 14 days emptying of approx. 24,000 buckets and mini containers,

- The resource bin (paper / cardboard, glass / metal) with 4-week emptying of approx. 24,000 buckets and mini containers.

Contract prices include collection of waste and recyclable waste from housing in urban and cottage areas and colonial gardens, etc. The contract for collection of waste and waste also includes collection of waste-like waste from companies at mixed housing and businesses and public institutions that sign up for the schemes. In the long term, Svendborg Municipality wants all public institutions to participate in the collection schemes.

This sub-agreement covers the entire supply area that belongs to Water and Waste in Svendborg and which is located throughout the municipality of Svendborg. The islands: Hjortø, Skarø and Drejø, however, are not included in this offer.

The contract has a term of 6 years with an option for an extension of 12 months.

The start time is 1.4.2020. At this point, the contractor may start with a different type of car than described in section 23, until the agreed time for starting with ordinary cars occurs, unless the times coincide.


Sub-agreement 3: collection of household waste in Kerteminde Municipality of Kerteminde Supply - Renovation A / S

Supply of household waste collected in Kerteminde Municipality of Kerteminde Supply - Renovation A / S. The agreement concerns the collection of various fractions of waste, including residual and food waste and special recyclable materials at private addresses in the area. It's about. 453,000 empties a year in different types of buckets.

- Energy containers (waste and food waste) with a 14-day discharge of approx. 11,500 buckets and mini-containers, of which about 1,600 in summer cottages,

- Recycling containers (paper / cardboard, glass / metal) with 4-week emptying of approx. 11,500 buckets and mini-containers, of which about 1,600 in summer cottages,

- Garden waste bins (Garden and park waste) with uneven distribution throughout the year of an expected 2,000 buckets and mini containers.

This sub-agreement concerns the entire supply area that belongs to Kerteminde Forsyning - Renovation A / S and which is located throughout the municipality of Kerteminde.

The contracts have a term of 6 years with an option to extend for 12 months.

The desired time for starting on the new contract with ordinary cars meets the requirements of section 23 of the specification is 1.5.2020.
