The subject of the contract is the collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and the collection and management of separately collected waste from the owners of real estate on which residents of the Gąsawa Commune live and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located on the plot of land. No. 122/2 within the cadastral area of Łysinin, Gąsawa commune as well as collection and management of bio-waste collected in containers located on real estate inhabited in the Gąsawa commune.

The subject of the contract also includes:

• equipping the owners of real estate on which residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Gąsawa, with devices for selective collection of municipal waste, and

• equipment of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located on the plot

The subject of the contract includes the collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live in the municipality of Gąsawa.

Collection and management of separately collected waste from the owners of real estate on which residents of the Gąsawa Commune live and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located on the plot of municipal waste. No. 122/2 within the cadastral area of Łysinin, Gąsawa commune.

Collection and management of bio-waste collected in containers located on real estate inhabited in the municipality of Gąsawa.

Equipping the owners of real estate on which residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality of Gąsawa, with devices for selective collection of municipal waste.

Equipment of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located on the plot with registration number 122/2 within the Łysinin cadastral area, Gąsawa commune in containers with a capacity of 7000 l (KP7) in the amount of 5 pcs, containers with a capacity of 120 l in the amount of 4 pcs. intended for the separate collection of municipal waste. Bell containers with a capacity of 1500 l are available to the Ordering Party.

Management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01), bio-waste (20 02 01) and residues from sorting municipal waste intended for storage (19 12 12) in municipal installations collected from the Gąsawa commune. The Contractor will be obliged to transfer them to a recovery and disposal facility, in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Articles 17 and 18 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.

Receipt of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste collected in containers and collection of waste selectively collected, including at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Lysina, collected in bell-type containers, or mesh within a maximum of 72 hours from the moment a submission by the Ordering Party.

Waste to be collected, in accordance with the waste catalog and other information have been specified in the Description of the Subject of the order contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
