Description:
Arrangement and equipment of the National Film Culture Center - sound studio, mini TV studio, special effects hall with motion capture system

As part of the execution of the contract, on the basis of documents provided by the Contracting Authority, the Contractor is obliged to arrange and equip the following spaces:

1) Studio Sound Studio,

2) Mini Studio TV Studio,

3) Studio Special Effects Studio,

4) Sound Studio space and

5) Delivery system for capturing motion capture actor movements,

in accordance with the requirements for the subject of the contract set out in:

a) Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ or SOPZ) — Annex No 1 to the SWZ

b) Designed provisions of the Agreement (PPU): Annex No 2 to the SWZ,

I.As part of the execution of the contract, on the basis of documents provided by the Contracting Authority, the Contractor is obliged to arrange and equip the following spaces:

1) Studio Sound Studio,

2) Mini Studio TV Studio,

3) Studio Special Effects Studio,

4) Sound Studio space and

5) Delivery system for capturing motion capture actor movements,

in accordance with the requirements for the subject of the contract set out in:

a) Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ or SOPZ) — Annex No 1 to the SWZ

b) Designed provisions of the Agreement (PPU): Annex No 2 to the SWZ,

II. The Contractor, in the execution of the contract, on the basis of documents supplied by the Contracting Authority, shall be obliged in particular to perform,

based on the prepared design documentation, the arrangement of the spaces indicated in point. IV.1 SWZ:

1) the performance, on the basis of the prepared project documentation, of the arrangement of the spaces indicated in paragraph 1. §1 of the contract and in the SOPZ;

2) the execution of the assembly and finishing works necessary for the correct installation and commissioning of all components supplied within the subject of the contract;

3) delivery of any software necessary to run properly

and the operation of the supplied hardware with the launch of this software

(in particular, the operating system, drivers, programs that perform the functions indicated in the SOPZ, etc.);

4) grant appropriate licences for any supplied elements of the subject of the Agreement requiring the transfer of the license;

5) the creation, delivery and implementation of the substantive content described in SOPZ in the form of backfires and avatars;

6) the implementation, based on the prepared design documentation, delivery and installation of acoustic equipment in the Sound Studio space,

7) dismantling and re-assembling existing components of the fire control system and other teletechnical components, in particular fire detectors and detector light beacons mounted on temporary slings or ceiling and DSO speakers), as well as Emergency and evacuation lighting (if any), necessary for the installation of acoustics elements of the Sound Studio space.

8) warranty and warranty benefits under the terms provided for in the Agreement,

9) fitting the supply and exhaust of ventilation and air conditioning systems to the acoustic elements,

10) the performance of standard measurements and installation tests;

11) the performance of as-built acoustic measurements, confirming the performance of the assumptions of the sound studio acoustics project,

12) instruct the personnel of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with § 6 of the proposed provisions of the contract.

III. The Contracting Authority requires that:

1) the equipment/equipment were factory new, unused, technically efficient, safe, complete, ready to go. All items offered under this Agreement must have current manufacturer support as of the date of signing the final protocol. The equipment/equipment will have complete wiring necessary for proper operation;

2) the provided software was the current version software at least as of the date of signing the final protocol;

3) All equipment supplied under this tender must have current manufacturer support.
