The Tenderer shall provide the following services for the Contracting Authority:

• First, second and third line support employees and flexible shell;

• Management, installation and configuration management;

• Incident registration and handling;

• Delivery of monitoring and management application;

• Support Collection;

• Support in projects.

By means of this tender, the Contracting Authority aims to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for the supply/service of ICT Management for an initial period of one (1) year. Contracting authority shall have a unilateral, optional renewal option of five (5) times one (1) year.

This contract is not divided into lots. Tendering on part of the plot is not permitted and leads to the exclusion from further participation in the tender procedure. The present contract in this tender represents a historical value of € 170,000.00 per year excluding VAT.
