Investigating unwanted events is an important part of Ptil's risk based inspection activities. The aim is to map causality, the chain of events, and actual and potential consequences, and to develop knowledge that can contribute to preventing similar events in the future. In this project central elements are to be further developed in Ptil's processes for investigations for the period 2022-2025.
