The tenderer is able to offer a range with related services within the following product groups:

- desktops,

- laptops:

—— optional: laptop bag.

- screens,

- tablets:

—— optional: protective cover,

- laptop carts,

- docking stations,

- Smartphones *,

- other**.

The Tenderer must supply user hardware for the above-mentioned product groups that complies with the minimum configuration of the associated product group included in Annex X Minimum configuration. For the product groups workstations, thin clients and laptops, the Tenderer must provide user hardware of a brand mentioned in the leaders quadrant of Annex XI Gartner Magic Quadrant. For the other product groups, the Tenderer may also offer brands, other than the brands mentioned in Annex XI Gartner Magic Quadrant.

The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract one (1) tenderer for the supply and service of user hardware for an initial period of two (2) years. Contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of two (2) times one (1) year.

This tender is not divided into lots. Tendering for part of the contract is not permitted and will lead to exclusion from further participation in the tendering procedure.
