To this end, the General Contractor must have a world-class expert with appropriate, confirmed qualifications to verify the design of the acoustics of the Large Hall, propose design changes (if necessary), obtain replacement building permits for the above changes (if necessary), control of all procedures and construction works during implementation at all its stages, so that the Large Hall under construction has all the required parameters. adapted to the best acoustic parameters.

2.1.In the scope of MCM construction, in accordance with the design documentation (construction and executive design and STWiOR in individual industries), the following elements will be implemented, in particular: earthworks and preparatory works, construction, roof covering, façade, finishing works, stage mechanics, stage lighting, electroacoustic system, elevators, facility equipment - roller shutters, furniture and armchairs (without concert hall seats), mechanical and sanitary installations, electrical installations and teletechnical, greenery and land development.

2.2.In terms of design and adapt to the high acoustic standards of the Large MCM Concert Hall (hereinafter: Large Hall) for 650 listeners.

Preparation and testing of the physical mock-up must take place with the participation and supervision of the world-class acoustic expert. The highest world-class expert is to be available by the Main Contractor to the extent necessary for the implementation of the Large Hall.

3. At each stage of building and testing a physical mock-up, the Main Contractor is obliged to obtain acceptance for the proposed solutions by the General Designer – MCM Architect and the Ordering Party.
