The subject of this tender is the handling of furniture logistics (primarily) in the Kurhaus Wiesbaden. The locations for the provision of the service are the Kurhaus Wiesbaden, the associated Kurhaus colonnades, and, if necessary, the Jagdschloss Platte and the Rhein-Main CongressCenter.
The tender is divided into two lots:
- Lot 1: Conversions, set-ups and dismantling, transport services
The handling of furniture logistics includes the assembly and dismantling of event-related furniture such as tables, chairs, reception counters, belt post systems, coat racks and much more, as well as transport within the house.
- Lot 2: Conversion of the Friedrich von Thiersch Hall
The execution of the rank conversion includes the removal and storage of the tiers, the introduction of tables and chairs as well as the removal and relocation of tables and chairs and the reinstallation of the tiers in the Friedrich von Thiersch Hall.
