The project includes a terraced house to be built as a KVR contract in the municipality of Siilinjärvi, Siivaljärvi.

The project will be implemented as a KVR contract. The project includes planning, applying for and constructing a terraced house in Siilinjärvi municipality in accordance with the tender specifications.

In the preliminary draft of the site use, two (2) blocks are planned for the site. Block A has seven (7) buildings, 1,838,5 m 2 and block B, six (6) buildings, 1,576.5 brm 2 .

Residential buildings totaling 3,405.5 brm 2 and the block room 165.0 m 2 . An indicative breakdown of the apartments is shown in the preliminary draft land use plan.

Lease area: 15 494 m 2 .

The design and implementation follows the Dry Chain10 operating model.
