The contract has as its object the Hospitality Service to users and users, for any reason, of the Areas, the Show Rooms and the Spaces of the Real Estate Complex called Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone as well as in the places, outside the Complex, including the Real Estate Compendium called Casa del Jazz Villa Osio - Viale di Porta Ardeatina, 55 - Rome (hereinafter for convenience Compendium) located in the territory of Roma Capitale, where Clients will be able to produce and organize their own events.

It is specified that the activities of the Fondazione Musica per Roma and the Fondazione Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia are located within the Complex, therefore the service subject to the tender, being a joint contract, is carried out in favor of both the aforementioned Foundations according to the procedures deduced in the tender documentation.

The contract concerns the Hospitality Service. Hospitality Service means the performance, organization, direction and coordination, by the contractor, of an activity of supervision, reception, control, custody, support and assistance to users / users of the Show Rooms and Spaces of the Complex. It should be noted that the Company must also carry out the service in places outside the Complex, including the Compendium, located in the territory of Roma Capitale, where the Clients will be able to produce and organize their own events.

Competitors, for participation in the race, must comply with this Call and the following documents available as indicated in point I.3 above:

a) Tender Regulations and related attachments; (b) Specifications and annexes; c) Draft contract; d) Operating instructions to access the Platform; e) Integrity Protocol of Roma Capitale, of the Entities that are part of the Roma Capitale Group and of all the Investee Bodies; f) Risk Assessment Document.
