It is necessary to award a new contract of works to lots for the works of extension of the school Jacques Brel 1 to 4040 Jacques Brel.
Indeed, previously the school was located on two different sites: The Jacques Brel 1 school and the Jacques Brel 2 school, but the Jacques Brel 2 school being in too bad condition, the students are currently in prefabricated classes in front of the Jacques Brel 1 school. All the students are therefore taken over on the same site, some in the main building, and others in prefabricated classes. The new extension of the Jacques Brel 1 school will make it possible to centralize all students in the same building, and also to be able to remove prefabricated classrooms.
