The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity (and repurchase generated in a RES installation) within the meaning of the EP Act (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and implementing regulations, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on special conditions for the operation of the power system for subject consumption points participating in the Procedure for the needs of street lighting and buildings and facilities belonging to the Ordering Party and its organizational units, in accordance with the conditions contained in this SWZ in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.
