3.1. The object of the contract is a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste from property owners residing in the territory of the Town and the Municipality of Działoszyn and from units belonging to the Town and Municipality of Działoszyn and their development together with equipment

in containers (with cover, fitted with wheels) /containers or bags designed for the collection of municipal waste in the City and Municipality of Działoszyn in accordance with the rules of national law and local law.

3.2. The order was divided into two parts:

Part I: Receipt of municipal waste from property owners residing in the territory of the Town and Municipality of Działoszyn

Part II - Reception of municipal waste from units belonging to the Town and Municipality of Działoszyn

I.1. The scope of the order includes:

1) collection and development of mixed unsegregated municipal waste code 20 03 01 accumulated in containers located by residential buildings.

2) collection and development of waste selectively collected directly from property owners (“at source”):

(a) paper and cardboard,

(b) plastics, metals,

(c) multi-product packaging

d) colourless and colored glasses

(e) biowaste

f) ashes from households

3) the collection and development of the below listed waste selectively collected at the Selective Collection Point of Municipal Waste, located in Działoszyn at Cmentarna Street:

(a) expired medicines and chemicals;

(c) used batteries and batteries;

(d) consumed electrical and electronic equipment;

(e) furniture and other large-sized waste;

(f) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste;

(g) used tyres — derived from household commercial vehicles;

(h) biowaste

(i) ash from households.

j) waste from textiles and clothing

(k) ineligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes

II.1. The object of the contract is a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste from units belonging to the City and Municipality of Działoszyn and their development together with the equipment of these units with containers (with cover, fitted with wheels)/containers for the collection of municipal waste according to rules of national law and local law.

1) List of units belonging to the Town and Municipality of Działoszyn and the equipment of the property with the following containers

· market located in Działoszyn at Ogrodowa Street – 11 containers with a capacity of 1100 liters

· square of the Town and Commune Office of Działoszyn located at 21 Piłsudskiego Street – 4 containers with a capacity of 1100 liters

· square of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Działoszyn at Cmentarna Street - 1 KP7 container with a capacity of 7000 liters

· the square of the municipal Shelter for Homeless Animals located in Trębaczew at 12 Dojazdowa Street – 1 container with a capacity of 240 liters

· stadium at Cmentarna Street in Trębaczew – 1 container with a capacity of 240 liters

· Stadium at ul. Rowecki's Grotto in Działoszyn – 1 container with a capacity of 1100 liters
