Strategic acquisition of the City of Turku requests bids for Aura, Kaarina, Kemiönsaari, Koski, Kustavi, Laitila, Leedo, Loimaa, Marttila, Masku, Mynämäki, Naantali, Nousiainen, Oripää, Paimio, Pargas, Pyhäranta, Pöytyän, Raisio, Sao Regional libraries to be purchased for the city / municipality of Taivassalo, Uusikaupunki, Vehmaa and Turku for the period 1.10.2019 (target) - 30.9.2022, after which the contract may be renewed under original terms for a maximum of one (1) year from 1.10.2022 to 30.9.2023. ).

The procurement is subject to a framework agreement with one (1) service provider.

The transport services must meet all the criteria and requirements set out in the invitation to tender.

Library customers have access to the materials of all participating libraries. Returns can be left to any library. The transportation of the material enables this joint use. The addresses of the libraries covered by the shuttle service, the number of shipment times and opening hours are given in Appendix 1. The number and location of the offices may change during the contract period.
