LB 063.1 Fire alarm system.
According to the fire protection concept, a fire alarm system in accordance with DIN 14 675 is planned for Haus Hoffmann. In accordance with DIN VDE 0833-2, it is to be implemented “across the board” (Category 1 full protection) and thus includes all suspended ceiling areas. All fire alarms are triggered via the main detector, instantaneously and directly in the control room of the fire brigade; no delay / reconnaissance time is set up.
According to the fire protection concept, silent alarms must be implemented in the areas of the ground floor and upper floor (areas with patient traffic). This is done via flashing lights in the corridors and stairwells, as well as via the plain text display of the detection of the fire alarm on the parallel panel in the duty room. As additional information, the fire alarm is activated via the ESPA interface on the DECT system for display on the staff's handsets.
A transfer of contact to the elevator, escape door control and the ventilation system must be implemented. For the required contact point for the fire brigade in the building, an FIBS with a set of FW route cards is arranged on site at the FW's point of attack.
