The subject of the Order is "Supply of pressure elements for the needs of modernization of the boiler of Unit No. 5 in 2024" in the period from the date of signing the contract to May 24, 2024, divided into 3 (three) parts

described in detail in Part 2 of the SWZ (Model Agreement).

The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the Model Agreement, part 2 of the SWZ.

The subject of the Contract is "Supply of pressure elements for the needs of the modernization of the boiler of Unit No. 5 in 2024" in the period from the date of signing the contract to May 24, 2024 as detailed below:

by thermal spraying with a coating resistant to low-oxygen corrosion, on the section: on the vertical part before the knee upwards - 1000 mm, knee arch with the oblique part behind the knee - 500 mm. The total area of protection will be 28 pipes x 1500 mm x 3.14 x 51 mm = ~ 7m2. Warranty for coating min. 36

5. Single elbow on both sides of the rear wall of the shaft (tube ø 57 x 5.6 grade 16Mo3) of the OP 650 boiler. Item. 1 + item 3 acc. to Fig. 0-1445030, in the amount of 170 pcs. Bending angle 30°, radius R=300mm. 90 pcs.

3. Delivery of a welded forged square 225/225/225/225 to be installed on a fresh steam pipeline 2 x ø323,9x40/ 2 x ø323,9,1x40 (mixer built at the level of +29,730m.) 1 pc.

Currently, the mounted square is made of cast steel grade L21HMF according to the attached sketch no. 2.

Within the scope of preparation and agreement in the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) of the workshop and assembly documentation for the boiler of unit No. 5. - the square must be tested in accordance with PN-EN 10222-2, - the tetrapod must be tested under creep conditions, i.e. simulation PWHT + UTkl3 + Ret (550°C) + x200 and x500 replicas, - Certificate

3.2 for the finished product.

4. Delivery of a forged welded tee 508/356/508 to be installed on the ø508x16/355,6x16 secondary steam pipeline. 10CrMo9-10 (outlet for safety valves) - pcs. 2. Currently, the built-in tees are made in a welded version with reinforcing overlays according to the attached sketch. 1 pc.

Remark! The offer should be accompanied by a conceptual drawing of the forged welded tee.

Calculation parameters of secondary steam pipeline operation:

pressure – 2.84 MPa,

In the scope of execution, acceptance and agreement in the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) of the workshop and assembly documentation for unit no. 5.

The Ordering Party requires tests to be carried out in accordance with PN-EN 10222-2, and in addition, the tees are to be tested in creep conditions, i.e. simulation PWHT + UTkl.3 + Ret (550°C). C) + x200 and x500 replicas. Certificate 3.2 required for finished product.

1. Supply of straight pipes ø31.8x6.3 grade X10CrMoVNb9-1 in sections L=6200mm in the amount of 36 pieces. The pipes are protected with an anti-erosion coating made in thermal spray technology. Each pipe is protected in two lengths, i.e. from 50mm to 2050mm, and from 3500mm to 5600mm. 36 pcs.

Coating requirements:

- high resistance to ash erosion, corrosion and thermal shocks,

- maintaining protective properties at temperatures up to 900°C,

- adhesion > 45 MPa,

- required coating thickness of at least 500μm after spraying,

- sealed coating,

- no influence of the coating technology on the structure and strength properties of boiler tubes, the structure of the pipe remains unchanged, no remaining thermal stresses.

2. Supply of straight pipes ø31.8x6.3 grade X10CrMoVNb9-1 in sections L=6200mm. 30 pcs.

3. Ø31.8 x 5.6 pipe, grade 13CrMo4-5, 2 m.b. long, with anti-erosion coating made in ARC thermal spray technology. 312 pcs.
