The subject of the Order is: Execution of design documentation for the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of the gas network in msc. Gdynia Śliska-Khwarznieńska Street — hairpin SG/00064407

Material scope:

• Gas pipeline ś/c dn 225 PE, L = approx. 530,0 [m];

Based on the technical conditions set out in Annex 2 to the contract.

1) the implementation of the construction project, the executive and the object of the works for the task of the following: “The execution of the project documentation for the construction of the construction of the gas network in msc. Gdynia Śliska-Chwarznieńska Street — hairpin SG/00064407", based on the technical conditions of Annex 2 to the Agreement.

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision;

3) execution of the investor's cost estimate;

4) exercising author's supervision.
