Foreword. the order is the supply of standard diesel oil and with improved temperature properties, corresponding to the quality standards specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 in spr. quality requirements for liquid fuels. The oil offered must comply with the applicable regulations as at the date of submission of tenders. In the case of amending the provisions referred to above or replacing them with other provisions – during the tender procedure in question or during the term of the contract concluded as a result of this public procurement procedure – the gas oil supplied must always meet the requirements resulting from the regulations in force on the date of delivery. The oil offered and supplied must be microbiologically pure and must be resistant throughout the year to possible microbiological contamination in tanks and service station installations and vehicles. All components of the diesel offered and supplied must be compatible.

1.The subject of this order is: delivery of standard diesel oil and improved temperature properties, corresponding to the quality standards specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended).

2.The oil offered must comply with the applicable regulations as at the date of submission of tenders. In the event of a change in the provisions referred to above or their replacement by other provisions – during the tender procedure in question or during the term of the contract concluded as a result of this public procurement procedure – the diesel oil supplied must always meet the requirements resulting from the provisions in force on the date of delivery.

3.The oil offered and supplied shall be microbiologically pure and resistant throughout the year to possible microbiological contamination in tanks and service station installations and vehicles.

4.All components of the diesel offered and supplied must be compatible.

5.The additives of diesel fuel offered and supplied shall be compatible with all engine oils available on the market.

6.Diesel fuel is designed to power diesel engines in city buses that meet the EURO 5 and EURO 6 emission standards, operated in public transport conditions.

7. The oil will be delivered by road tankers to the Ordering Party's petrol stations located in Łódź, at Limanowskiego 147/149 (Bus Operation Plant No. 1) and Nowe Sady 15 (Bus Operation Plant No. 2), on business days from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
