The subject of this Order is: Design and execution of works for the task "Liquidation of threats and improvement of operational functionality on the railway line 61 - stage II" under the project "Improvement of safety and elimination of operational threats on the railway network".

The implementation of the task "Liquidation of threats and increase of operational functionality on the railway line 61 - Stage II" under the project Improvement of safety and elimination of operational threats on the railway network will be carried out in the "design and construction" system.

The subject of the order is the design and modernization of platforms 1 and 2 on the pod. Czarnca together with the modernization of tracks No. 1 and 2 of route 61 and modernization of the control room building Czarnca.

The entire subject of the contract includes the implementation of:

1) Design documentation necessary for the proper performance of all construction works and obtaining for it all the required opinions, arrangements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits necessary to implement the subject of the contract;

2) All construction works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of the design documentation prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Employer, referred to in item 1, and all the preparatory works necessary to perform the entrusted order and to perform all actions required by law;

3) Assessing the compliance of the structural infrastructure subsystem (including, among others, elements such as pavement, subgrade, platforms, facilities for disabled persons), covered by the scope of the contract at every stage (design, construction and final testing of the subsystem).

The contract covers the design and implementation of the track range, railway structures and passenger, teletechnical infrastructure and railway traffic control devices.

The Employer pays special attention that the entire subject of the contract should be made in accordance with Technical Standards.
