PURCHASE OF FIDIC ENGINEER AND CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Forsakov, in order to successfully implement the reconstruction project (A release) of buildings of administrative purpose (7.2) at Žirmūnų g. 151, Vilnius (hereinafter referred to as the Project) and the Contract of Contract, acquires fidic engineer and construction maintenance services (hereinafter – services). The Supplier must provide the Customer with services, the detailed description and requirements of which are set out in Annex 1 to the purchase agreement concluded in accordance with the terms of the FIDIC White Paper. The Supplier must provide services during the construction works to be carried out in accordance with the Project and the Contract of Works.
