The subject of the Order is: Execution of design documentation for the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of the gas network in msc. Glincz Wierzbowa St. 186/32, UP/00441379

Material scope:

- gas pipeline ś/c dn 63 PE, L = approx. 110,0 [m];

- connection ś/c dn 32 PE RC, L = approx. 3,0 [m], Id. 186/32, pcs. 1;

- gas cabinet, pcs. 1.

Based on the conditions of connection to the gas network, as set out in Annex 2 to the contract.

1) the execution of the construction project, the executive and the object of the works for the task of the following: 'Execution of the project documentation for the construction of the construction of the gas network in msc. Glincz Wierzbowa Street, p. 186/32, UP/00441379", based on the conditions of connection in Annex 2 to the Agreement.

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision;

3) execution of the investor's cost estimate;

4) exercising author's supervision.
