The BIM Manager Client defines, organises and directs the BIM process on behalf of armasuisse Real Estate (purchaser). Furthermore, the BIM Manager Client ensures and checks the quality and delivery of the user-specific data in accordance with the specifications in the EIR armasuisse Real Estate. The BIM Manager Client forms the project-specific "BIM conscience" of armasuisse Real Estate.
Due to the heterogeneous and extensive real estate/infrastructure portfolio, several BIM managers are procured clients with this tender and framework agreements are concluded.
The six lots are structured according to the regions of the official languages and the project-specific typology (building construction versus civil engineering/infrastructure projects). Further information can be found in the tender documents.
