Multi-year non-exclusive framework agreement for the management of Fluvius' server infrastructure consisting of:
• Managed services of the on-premise infrastructure based on a service catalogue
o After transition phase and including the necessary management infrastructure;
o Demand of software and hardware based on a catalogue.
• Additional services and delivery of hardware and software on a project basis.
o Within this framework agreement it is possible to set up future needs (eg.
extensions to the product catalogue or service catalogue) and via a project-based approach
operational. These projects may relate to evolutions towards a (public)
cloud environment;
o Mainly on a project basis or in direction.
These managed services include:
• Securely managing and maintaining the servers, data storage and backup systems on which the
fluvius applications and data are operational, regardless of the physical location of these
infrastructure;
• Installation and management of system software (operating systems and virtualization platforms);
• Providing, managing and maintaining the desired foundations, such as AD, SQL
foundation, Oracle Foundation, Web Foundation, … ;
• Maintenance, monitoring and support on the services and services offered;
• Performance, availability and capacity management on the services and services offered, high-
availability services according to SLAs;
• Providing the necessary infrastructure and services for backup, restore and
disaster recovery;
• Data storage and backup and restore services;
• Security management on the services offered;
• Providing vulnerability management on the services offered.
The execution of the regular maintenance activities requires frequent on-site presence of Dutch-speaking experts and key persons.
IT & DatabasesThis lot includes the managed services and additional services for IT servers (mainly Microsoft and Linux) and database servers (MS SQL and Oracle Exatadata)
OT (Operational Technology)This parcel includes the managed services and additional services for servers that are located in their own OT data centers and on which Fluvius' network management applications (applications that continuously control business-critical systems in real-time) run. The specificity of such systems requires a different set-up than a managed service in a pure IT environment.
