The entire order will be held for a period of two years

These are public areas in the street of democracy on the one hand, and the closed

The areas G 12, G 19 and 113 sqm of G 7 of Appendix 1 and V7 and V 13 of Appendix 2 (terrace canteen and
turnhammer delivery) belong to the canteen and are owned by Studentenwerk Magdeburg. For all rendered
Services on these areas must be compiled a separate invoice so that the university can send it to the Studentenwerk
file for reimbursement immediately. The exact boundary definition of the canteen is shown in Appendix 4.

Group 5 Trees: The application of the regulations ZTV (additional technical contract conditions) - tree maintenance of the research company Landschaftsverwicklung Landschaftsbau e.V. (FLL) - is deemed agreed for tree maintenance. Old trees and trees are located on the university's premises, which were replanted during the university's period of use. In order to be able to divide the trees as accurately as possible, it is necessary to define that trees with a trunk circumference of up to 30 cm are usually referred to as young trees. These trees have been planted within the last 20 years.

Group 6 Street cleaning - Public area of the street of democracy - 1,640 m²: The cleaning must be carried out with machines and equipment suitable for the individual road surfaces. The granite - natural small stone pavement is not to be cleaned with a sweeper, as the stone powder is removed from the joints. The currently valid street cleaning statute of the Hanseatic city of Stendal must be applied and complied with. The contractor assumes the obligations of the property owner from the articles of association for street cleaning of the Hanseatic city of Stendal and is liable in the event of established administrative offenses.
Group 7 road and road cleaning - campus area - 16,508.10 m²
(Appendix 2/V 1 - V 51): All roads, paths and squares, entrances to houses, stairs, steps and pedestals incl. Kickoff grates of the campus site. The cleaning must be carried out with machines and equipment suitable for the individual road surfaces. The fall protection surfaces of the sports course must be treated with care and not with
machine technology. Road and road cleaning includes removing dirt, litter, leaves, mud, waste, other debris, grass and weeds; hereinafter referred to as waste, along its entire width, i.e. incl. gutter, curbs and walkway borders. The waste is to be disposed of by the contractor on its own responsibility and professionally.

Group 9 Gross Waste Removal Campus Site - 16,508.10 m² (Appendix 2/V 1-51): The removal of heavy waste involves removing stones larger than 3 cm, paper, cans, cigarette butts, etc., on the surfaces described above. The service is to be provided once a week.
Group 10 Winter Service - Public Area Road of Democracy - 1,640 m²
Winter service includes clearing snow and sprinkling sidewalks during winter smoothness between 6:00 and 20:00. Only dulling strains may be used.
