The construction project is a new student residence to be built in Leibnizstraße in Kiel with a consulting and networking center with approx. 157 apartments to be produced according to the general building and service description for the new student residences of the Schleswig-Holstein Student Union, of which approx. 37 barrier-free according to DIN 18040. A family apartment as well as a consulting and networking centre as well as the necessary house connection and ancillary rooms are also planned.

The object of the contract to be awarded in the present procedure is the overall and coordinated provision of all architectural and engineering services required for the aforementioned construction project, as a general planning service on the basis of an already selected by the design advisory board of the state capital Kiel impromptu design.

In particular, the basic services required for the following services are to be provided: Project planning for buildings and interiors within the meaning of § 34 HOAI (LPH 3-9), structural planning within the meaning of § 51 HOAI (LPH 1-6), technical equipment planning within the meaning of § 55 HOAI (system groups 1-8, each LPH 1-9), property planning outdoor installations within the meaning of § 39 HOAI, LPH 1-9, consulting services for geotechnical engineering in accordance with Appendix 1, Clause 1.3, on § 3 HOAI (LPH 1-9) and the provision of the necessary expert reports for fire protection, noise protection and room acoustics. The contract also defines special services to be provided and specific service obligations.
