The purpose of the contract is the assignment of the management of the residential center for the elderly “Don Paolo Tonucci” — protected residence and home hotel units located in Fano in Via Bracci 15, San Lazzaro district.

The Center in its complete articulation is a residential service rendered in favor of the local community and offers services and interventions of continuous or temporary reception to self-sufficient and non-sufficient elderly people self-sufficient, resident in the municipal territory, as best indicated in the technical specifications, in compliance with the provisions of the Law Decal 21/2016 and ss.mm.ii.: the contract has as its object the assignment of the complete management of social and welfare services, hotel, nursing and other support services necessary for the operation of the center (protected residence and hotel home), as provided for by tender documents and art. 9 of the Service Charter.

The center carries out an activity to care for the elderly person aimed at:

— ensure the well-being, dignity and autonomy of each individual user,

— make the living environment similar to the home as much as possible and adapt it according to the needs of the guest,

— support and facilitate the inclusion of the elderly in the social fabric of the territory, promoting relations with the various local realities,

— guarantee the guest qualified assistance through constant training/updating of staff, in order to support their motivation and re-evaluate their professional preparation.

Within the framework of the Casa Albergo specific module, the elderly care activities are also aimed at:

— offer opportunities for community life, services for aid in daily activities, stimuli and opportunities for employment and recreational activities,

— offer the possibility of autonomous life in a controlled and protected environment,

— prevent and/or remedy situations of loneliness or abandonment,

— offer answers to elderly people who have housing problems (evictions, unsustainable rental conditions, architectural barriers that cannot be removed),

— ensure immediate interventions during the day,

— offer the possibility to take advantage of additional social welfare services with respect to one's management of the daily activity.

The articulation of the structure together with its purposes are defined by articles 73 and 74 of the TURSSA.
