The subject of the contract is the implementation of the service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from all properties in the city of Koło, where residents live and from PSZOK within 365 days, i.e. from 02.01.2024 to 31.12.2024. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the Terms of Contract (SWZ) and the contract template attached to the SWZ.
1. The service consists of the following scope of the contract described in the specification of the terms of the contract, (hereinafter referred to as SWZ), in Annex 1 entitled – Detailed description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter SOPZ:
1) Collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the City of Koło and PSZOK in point No. I SOPZ;
2) Types and quantities of containers and bags for municipal waste, in which are equipped owners of real estate residing in the City of Koło and PSZOK in point II SOPZ;
3) The frequency of collection of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the City of Koło and from PSZOK in point III SOPZ;
4) Sanitary standard of service provision and environmental protection in point IV SOPZ;
5) Preparation of waste collection schedules in point V of SOPZ;
6) The obligation to keep documentation related to the activity covered by the contract in point VI of the SOPZ;
7) Requirements for the management of collected municipal waste from property owners and PSZOK in accordance with point VII SOPZ;
(8) Vehicles point VIII ;
9) The detailed procedure to be followed in the event of non-selective collection of waste is set out in point IX of SOPZ;
10) Detailed requirements for the Contractor collecting municipal waste from property owners in point X SOPZ.
2. The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Koło:
1. separately collected:
(a) paper (code 15 01 01, 20 01 01);
(b) metals and plastics, multi-material packaging (codes 15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 04, 20 01 40, 15 01 05, 15 01 06);
(c) glass (code 15 01 07, 20 01 02);
d) bioodpady (code 20 02 01, 20 01 08);
(e) ash and slag from domestic fires (code 20 03 99);
2) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01).
3. The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste selectively collected from PSZOK:
1) waste not eligible from medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes (code 20 01 99),
2) waste batteries and accumulators (codes 20 01 33* , 20 01 34)
3) waste electrical and electronic equipment (codes 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*,,20 01 35*, 20 01 36),
4) furniture and other bulky waste (code 20 03 07),
5) worn tyres (code 16 01 03),
6) construction and demolition waste (codes 17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 06 04, 17 09 04),
7) waste from glass (codes 15 01 07, 20 01 02),
8) metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste (codes 15 01 02, 20 01 39, 15 01 04, 20 01 40, 15 01 05, 15 01 06),
9) Textile and clothing waste (codes 20 01 10, 20 01 11),
10) chemicals (paint residues, plant protection products, etc.) (codes 20 01 19*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28),
11) Hazardous waste (code 20 01 13*),
(12) waste paper, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste (codes 15 01 01, 20 01 01);
13) expired medicines (code 20 01 32).
6. The amount of municipal waste collected and managed in the last 12 months (ie in the period from 01.08.2022 to 31.07.2023) in Mg from the City of Wheels: 6200, 00 Mg, from PSZOK 272.00 Mg.
The above quantities should be considered indicative/illustrative. enabling the Contractor to obtain knowledge about the amount of waste collected from real estate inhabited in the City of Koło and from PSZOK. The contractor is obliged when preparing the offer. calculate the price for the indicated values.
