The city of Eckernförde, represented by BIG Städtebau GmbH as the fiduciary redevelopment agency, is carrying out an urban redevelopment measure in the area between Schulweg, Reeperbahn and Noorstraße. The aim of the measure is the reconnection of the Windebyer Noor to the Baltic Sea, including a reorganisation and upgrading of former commercial areas as well as a comprehensive reorganisation of transport facilities combined with the creation of public parks and outdoor facilities. Adjacent to the planned water and recreational areas, the construction of residential areas is also planned.
Construction period according to current planning status until approx. 2026.
Safety and health protection coordination
The type and scope of the respective services must consist of the following parts:
Step 1:
a) Create advance notices
prepare advance notices in accordance with the Construction Site Ordinance and send them to the competent authority. Display advance notices visibly and protected from the weather on the construction site. Adjust in case of significant changes during the construction period.
b) Create SiGe plans
Create safety and health protection plans (SiGe plans) in accordance with § 3 BaustellV or RAB 31. Adapt in case of significant changes in the execution of the construction project. The SiGe plans can be viewed by every employee on the construction site.
(c) Documents containing the information required for possible subsequent work
to compile documents in accordance with § 3 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BaustellV and RAB 32, from which the necessary measures for safety and health protection during subsequent work (in particular maintenance and repair) on the structure result Compilation of the documents already during the planning of the execution.
Level 2:
a) Adaptation of the documents in accordance with § 3 Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BaustellV and RAB 32 during the construction process, if necessary.
b) Provide SiGe coordinators
Safety and health protection coordinator during the execution of all construction projects in accordance with § 3 BaustellV or RAB 30 and documents of the Client. Regular weekly monitoring of the construction site, including logging of results and dispatch to those involved
