The subject of the contract is the construction of the GPZ Pilzno station with power lines, STAGE 2 – Construction of a 110 kV double-track power line, and reconstruction of MV power lines. Subject of the contract: Construction of gpZ Pilzno station with power lines, STAGE 2 – Construction of a 110 kV double-track power supply line, and reconstruction of MV power lines. The contract concerns the project "Construction of gpz Pilzno station with power line" No. POIS.07.01.00-00-0007/19 (co-financing agreement UDA- POIS.07.01.00-00-0007/19-00) under measure 7.1. - Development of intelligent energy storage, transmission and distribution systems - Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 Priority Axis VII - Improvement of energy security of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020I.

The scope of the subject matter of the Agreement shall include:

1) execution of construction works

a) based on the documentation constituting Annex 1 to this description of the subject of the contract, which includes in particular:

• construction of a double-track overhead line 110 kV Ładna – Pilzno, Pilzno – Latoszyn from GPZ Pilzno to pole no.3, together with the OPGW lightning protection cable;

• construction of a single-track overhead line 110 kV Ładna – Pilzno from pole no.3 to pole no.12 (in place of the existing pole no. 42 of the 110 kV Ładna – Latoszyn line) together with the OPGW lightning protection cable;

• construction of a single-track overhead line 110 kV Pilzno - Latoszyn from pole no.3 to pole no.13 (in the axis of the existing 110 kV Ładna – Latoszyn line) together with the OPGW lightning protection cable;

• reconstruction of intersections of existing MV overhead lines interfering with the designed 110 kV line into cable lines;

• reconstruction of other facilities in connection with the implementation of the subject of the contract

2) preparation of as-built documentation, including, among others:

a) complete documentation prepared in a form analogous to executive documentation in paper (in three copies) and electronic (CD – 2 copies), editable (text in Word format, and drawings in AutoCAD format),

b) technical documentation of the 110 kV line between Ładna and Pilzno and technical documentation of the 110 kV line between Pilzno and Latoszyn covering the technical characteristics of all elements of the line along with their work system and course in the field.

c) providing acceptance documentation including, m.in, data sheets, certificates, declarations of conformity, measurements of technical parameters (ground resistance, ELM field strength, noise), geodetic measurements of the verticality of columns, line profiles with all distances from the ground and other crossed and similar objects, etc.

d) making a notification about the completion of construction, and obtaining a permit from the competent authorities for the use of the Facilities being the subject of the contract, and notification of installations generating electromagnetic fields.

The Ordering Party informs that as of today it does not have complete legal documentation.
