The market is divided into lots as follows:

Lot 3 "CPAS - Installations of the maisonettes de la cité Plein Air à SB "
Place of service : Cité Plein Air in Strépy-Bracquegnies
Comment: This lot includes all the residential houses of the Cité Plein Air with the exception of the Community Centre located at 22 and 24. This is included in lot 1.
Lot 4 "CPAS - Installations of nursing homes and service residence"
