Renovation of Merkel'sches Schwimmbad Esslingen:

The GFA is approx. 3,000 m² and the BRI 12,000 m³.

The following measures are to be carried out as part of the upcoming renovation:

- Complete renovation of the sports pool and the indoor swimming pool

- Renewal of the technical equipment

- fire protection upgrading

- Barrier-free access

The work will be carried out from September 2023 to December 2024.

- ca. 400 m Wickelfalzrohr

- ca. 10 Brandschutzklappen

- ca. 25 Volumenstromregler

- ca. 70 Auslässe

- 2x air conditioning split system 5.0 kW

- MSR for HLS
