The mission focuses on the studies, planning and control of renovation and redevelopment works in a circular approach from the ACEC hall into an indoor economic activity park.

This is a TEAM OF PROJECT AUTHORS mission that includes:

- an architectural mission

- a BIM mission

- a mission of studies and assistance in the field of circularity

- a stability engineering mission

- an engineering mission in special techniques

- a mission relating to EPB regulation (feasibility study + EPB manager)

- a safety coordination mission (for the project and implementation phases)

It includes, in a traditional way, complete studies and follow-up of the work until final acceptance, but also, beforehand:

- The complete survey of the building

- The realization of a reused inventory

The project author will also ensure the coordination mission of the various stakeholders listed above and any external stakeholders necessary to carry out the rehabilitation of the Halle.

Important notes:

Certain aspects of the dossier are the subject of calls for projects or requests for subsidies. Pending these decisions, the market is separated into several conditional tranches. When the budgetary unknowns are resolved and on the basis of the preliminary project estimates, the contracting authority will decide whether or not to activate these tranches, and/or adapt their content, particularly in terms of programming and budget. These adaptations between the preliminary draft and the project will be considered as an evolution of the file and may not lead to additional fees.

The tenderer's attention is also drawn to the fact that the studies and/or works of these tranches could be carried out in successive phases, whether for budgetary or technical reasons. This phasing will not lead to additional fees.
