This framework agreement has been set up for the implementation of a solution for reserving rail transport tickets for ANR agents and staff on mission, committee members and personalities supported by the ANR. It is concluded for an initial period of 12 months, renewable 3 times. It shall be concluded at unit prices and shall be carried out as and when purchase orders are issued, on the basis of the prices set out in the financial notes to the contractor's contract of commitment. The Framework Agreement is concluded without commitment on the minimum amount and with a commitment on the maximum amount set, over its overall duration, at 1,666,667 euro(s) excluding VAT, in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the French Public Procurement Code

The services expected of the Account Holder are:- negotiation, booking, issuance and delivery of rail tickets;- cancellation or modification of reservations;- travel insurance;- payment of services by lodged card;- presentation and analysis of orders placed;- presentation of quality indicators
