The object of the contract consists of the supplies and services necessary for the revision of the management system of audio and video contributions present in the Aula Magna of the Medicine Headquarters in viale Europa 11 - Brescia.
The interventions required are aimed at updating and technological development of the audio-video equipment installed and simplifying their management.
Single service, pursuant to art. 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016 and subsequent amendments consists of supplies and services for updating the audio-video equipment of the Aula Magna di Medicina. In the case of joint economic operators or consortium members, the parts of the service to be performed by individual operators must be specified.
The winning economic operator must meet the requirements of Article 1, paragraph 2, of Ministerial Decree no. 37 of 22 January 2008, in particular letters a) and letter b). In its absence, the economic operator will have to resort to subcontracting.

The basic amount of the tender is € 290,000.00 + VAT.
Due to the nature of the contractual service to be carried out within spaces not used at the time of installation, there are no charges for interference (Article 26, paragraph 5, Legislative Decree 9 April 2008 n. 81 and Determination of the Supervisory Authority on public contracts for works, services and supplies n. 3 of 05 March 2008).
The labor costs for the one-off activity of installation and configuration of the equipment and start-up are approximately € 35,000.00 + VAT.
The economic operator must declare the installation time to complete the supply in perfect working order, which must not exceed 50 working days. Any delays in the delivery times of the materials must be justified directly by the manufacturer.
