A total of 2 refuse collection vehicles, 3-axles, single chambers for waste collection will be procured for use in the waste collection section in MOVAR. Even though MOVAR needs a total of 2 waste collection vehicles, tenders can be submitted for only 1 vehicle. An operational leasing agreement must be offered. This means that the monthly leasing instalments shall not cover the entire value of the refuse collection vehicle, and it is assumed that the vehicle has a remaining value at the end of the leasing period, in accordance with the stipulated remaining value in the contract’s price form. The leasing contract result in no financial risk and control are being transferred to the Contracting Authority as in the case of a financial leasing contract. The leasing agreements are valid for 7 years. The vehicles must run on biogas or electricity.
