Object of the contract
The company aims to extend the Trivières wastewater treatment plant (from 19000 to 40,000 EH). It includes the construction of a second treatment line, a new storm water treatment line and a new sludge treatment facility.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The undertaking shall include all the works, supplies and labour necessary for the provision of an installation perfectly in working order to the contracting authority upon provisional approval.
A. PREPARATORY WORK
•Preparatory work includes: inventory, collection of instructions and information from the various administrations, requests for connections to electricity, water and telephone, impetrants, complementary topographic surveys, tests of complementary soils, disposal of waste and rubble on land and/or landfills authorized at the expense of the company,... etc.
B. CIVIL ENGINEERING WORK
•The earthworks of excavations, embankments, levelings, shielding, drawdown,...
•All works and supplies for the realization of civil engineering works and technical buildings;
•The realization of road works and development of the surroundings, drips, discharges, plantations, seeding...
C. ELECTROMECHANICAL WORK
All work and supplies for the realization of electromechanical equipment at the level:
•existing water treatment works
•new water treatment works
•sludge treatment.
D. ELECTRICAL WORK
Include in particular:
•control, control and protection panels for installations,
•wiring,
•tests and receptions of HV and LV tables.
Note: the automation management department of IDEA-Hennuyère, ensures the programming of all MLU and PLC and the injection of programs into the MLU and PLC.
E. VARIOUS
The company is also responsible for:
•Fire Department Visits
•Ventilation tests
•Noise testing
•Performance measures (water, sludge and air treatment)
•The preparation of documents for the execution of the work: the list of engines and their consumption, the technical data sheets, the measurements, the electrical diagrams, the list of input-outputs;
•Interventions during the warranty period, in the event of a defect in the facilities, these interventions are carried out within 24 hours following the request of the Owner;
•The final inspection of equipment, within 15 calendar days preceding the day on which the warranty period expires;
•Training of operating personnel.
