Cleaning service: the contractor will need to provide cleaning services for EFSA's premises and headquarters (mainly for the EFSA headquarters, via Carlo Magno, Parma, but also, if necessary, other premises used on occasion, but still in the province of Parma), including the supply and management of products and accessories for toilet facilities and waste management as well as the organisation of disinfecting and pest control services. The services will need to be carried out in line with environmentally friendly practices and using environmentally friendly materials.

Maintenance service: the contractor will need to provide operation and routine, preventive and ad hoc maintenance services for plant and equipment at the EFSA headquarters (via Carlo Magno, Parma), including services to clear snow and manage green areas.
