- the services consist of the implementation of one or more alternative techniques to the use of phytosanitary products,

- this consultation is part of a framework agreement which will be concluded with a single economic operator for each of the lots,

- the contracts will be concluded from their date of notification for a period of 1 year. They may be renewed by tacit renewal for a period of 1 year maximum 3 times,

- lots 1 and 2 will be subject to an insertion clause. The company undertakes to devote a minimum of 10% of the total hours worked per year to the economic integration program,

- for lot 3, in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2113-12 and R. 2113-7 of the public procurement code, the contract will be awarded to an economic operator who employs disabled or disadvantaged workers.

Minimum annual amount: EUR 60,000 excluding tax. Maximum annual amount: 200,000 EUR excl.

Minimum annual amount: 40,000 EUR HT. Maximum annual amount: 120,000 EUR excl.

Minimum annual amount: 5,000 EUR HT. Maximum annual amount: 40,000 EUR excl.
