The present invitation to tender concerns the establishment of framework agreements for the purchase of electrician services for ARGO I/S (ARGO).

ARGO needs ongoing maintenance of electrical installations at plants, buildings, recycling centres and landfills. The tasks are diverse, but primarily include operation and maintenance tasks, but can also include larger tasks with a duration of up to approx. 2 weeks.

ARGO has considered it appropriate to optimise this area by entering into partial contracts with electricians to handle smaller and larger tasks.

ARGO has divided the tender into the following 4 lots:

1) Subcontract 1: ARGO CHP plant, electrician tasks

2) Lot 2: ARGO East locations, electrician assignments

3) Lot 3: ARGO Vest locations, electrician assignments (excl. Audebo)

4) Delkontrakt 4: ARGO Elektrikeropgaver, Audebo

The primary task content during the term of the framework agreement is expected to be the following, which can often be characterized as ongoing maintenance tasks:

• Troubleshooting, repair and replacement of existing electrical installations and establishment of new installations in relation to ordinary electrical installations. Installations and computer installations

• Lighting, as well as repair of outdoor lighting

• Relocation of electrical installations

• Several tavlereparationer

•Sockets

• Hovedtavler

•Relays

•Earthing

• Kabelføringer

• IT-kabling

• Emergency tasks and call calls

• Tasks related to outdoor video surveillance system

• Energy optimization, including related consultancy services with preparation of reports and preparation of documentation

In addition to regular electrician tasks, the supplier must be able to carry out major works for ARGO, which can extend over several days and up to a few weeks, including but not limited to:

• Replacement of lighting, including preparation of associated installations, installation, dismantling, panel conversion, etc.

• Energy optimization by carrying out measurements and calculating relevant expenses in order to make suggestions for alternative supply

• Establishment and preparation of power and network equipment, including installation of permanent power, installation of equipment, installation of power, PDS cabling etc.

For the present lot, it is also expected that the following tasks will be required:

• Installation for control and regulation

• Installation on machine and machine plant

• Installation til ABB 800xA

• CTS solutions
