The procurement concerns the new and redevelopment of Rosendalsskolan and Rosendalsgården. New construction refers to approximately 440 sqm. Redevelopment about 2600 sq.m. The surfaces will consist mostly of base rooms, group rooms, libraries and equivalent. No dining room, sports hall or craft hall. The project will be carried out as a so-called collaborative contract in two phases, phase 1 - design and calculation, phase 2 - design and production.
