1. The subject of the contract is: "Supply of electricity to the facilities of the St. Luke's Provincial Hospital in Tarnów" in the amount of 5 611.10 [MWh].

2. The subject of the contract includes the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Law of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) to the facilities of the St. Luke's Provincial Hospital in Tarnów in the period from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.

3. The list of electricity consumption points, estimated energy consumption and places and conditions of energy supply is included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of active electricity in the amount of 5 611.1 MWh in the period 01.10.2023. - 30.09.2024r. covering the sale of electricity without the provision of distribution services to buildings and electricity consumption points.

2. Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act and the Executive Orders and Polish Standards.

3. Under the Agreement, the Contractor will be obliged to provide trade balancing services of energy supplied (template of the Contractor) and produced (model of the Contractor). The energy generated may appear in case of unusual failures on the following connections:

a) Hospital W. Connection P1 (PPE 5903224900557269) - 70,29kW,

b) Szpital W. connection P2 (PPE 590322424900557276) – 42,90kW
