The purpose of this framework agreement is the staggered supply of computerised trolleys for care units and day hospitals. They will be equipped by the contracting authority with a thin client and computer components.
The purpose of this contract is to designate a single economic operator with whom a framework agreement will be concluded for the benefit of which the contracting authority may place orders in accordance with the procedure laid down in the contractual clauses and unit prices fixed in the tender. This framework agreement will be concluded for a maximum period of 4 years. Call-ups will be established based on GHdC's requirements and at the unit prices set out in the bidder's bid.
The market is divided into 2 lots:
Lot 1 - Computerized trolleys
The purpose of this lot is the staggered supply of computerized trolleys for care units and day hospitals.

The execution of lot 1 consists of two phases:
The first phase is intended for the deployment of computerized trolleys for thin clients on the Notre-Dame and New Hospital sites, representing a quantity of approximately (+- 50 trolleys for care units and 6 trolleys for the oncology day hospital).
The second phase will be devoted to the supply of trucks during the market.
Lot 2 - Mercura trolley reconditioning
The purpose of this batch is to recondition +/- 40 Mercura trolleys to integrate a battery pack and replace the drawer opening mechanism, which is currently a code lock with an opening mechanism similar to lot 1.
