GC Business Growth Hub wishes to appoint a number of providers to enter into a Framework Contract for the hire of meeting rooms in the Greater Manchester area as required by GC Business Growth Services.

The tender is split into 4 lots and bidders can bid for one or a number of lots. The lots are spilt into the following postcode areas:

— Lot 1 Postcode area “M1” (Piccadilly, City Centre, Market Street),

— Lot 2 Postcode areas “M2”, “M3” (Manchester only), “M4” (Deansgate, City Centre, Castlefield, Ancoats, Northern Quarter, Strangeways) and “M13” (addresses in close proximity to Oxford Road only),

— Lot 3 Postcode area M50 (Salford Quays, MediaCityUK),

— Lot 4 Greater Manchester Postcodes not covered above.

GC Business Growth Hub has a requirement to hold meetings and workshops across the whole of Greater Manchester. Venues for these events are chosen based on both location and available facilities. GC Business Growth Hub wishes to create a framework of providers to facilitate our requirements as and when required.
