1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of loose road materials for the needs of Spółka Komunalna Żukowo Sp. z o.o.

2. The contract is divided into the following two lots:.

1) Lot No. 1 of the contract: Supply of aggregate, sand and gravel,

2) Lot No. 2 of the contract: Delivery of concrete rubble.

1. The subject of the contract covered by Lot No. 1 is the supply of bulk materials:

1) Material for the foundation of KŁSM (Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate): Estimated quantity 45.000,00 tons

2) Construction aggregate/broken stone - Kliniec type: Estimated quantity: 5.000,00 tons

3) Gravel mix: Estimated quantity: 50.000,00 tons

2. The quantities of the subject of the contract indicated in point 1 are estimated for the duration of the contract.

3. Due to the possibility of changing current needs during the term of the contract and the cost estimate nature of the settlement, the Ordering Party has the right to:

1) reducing the scope of performance of the subject of the contract resulting in a change in the value of the concluded contract by a maximum of 30%,

2) changes in the quantity of materials in individual assortments while maintaining unit prices specified by the Contractor in the offer,

3) increase the scope of performance of the subject of the contract resulting in a change in the value of the concluded contract by a maximum of 15%.

4. The final remuneration of the Contractor shall depend on the quantity of the assortment covered by the subject of the contract for a given Part of the contract, delivered during the term of the contract and shall be determined on the basis of the unit price determined on the basis of the offer submitted by the Contractor.

5. All road materials supplied by the Contractor must meet the relevant standards allowing for use in road construction.

6. The subject of the contract includes sale, loading, weighing, transport and unloading of aggregate at the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

7. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Terms of Contract Specification

1. The subject matter of the contract covered by Lot No. 2 is the supply of concrete rubble: Estimated quantity: 35,000 tonnes

2. The quantities of the subject of the contract indicated in point 1 are estimated for the duration of the contract.

3. Due to the possibility of changing current needs during the term of the contract and the cost estimate nature of the settlement, the Ordering Party has the right to:
