the RET has committed itself to the national public transport payment programme. The aim of the RET is that customers can create an account at the end of 2023 / beginning of 2014 and thus also pay afterwards for trips made.
At the moment, the processes and systems of the RET have not yet been set up for this. In the current SAP system it is not possible to send an invoice to our customers afterwards. Managing debtors is also not yet possible. The objective of the RET is to purchase an invoicing & debtor solution, so that the RET can send customers an invoice afterwards of their trips and can also set up the debtor management as effectively as possible.
