The subject of the contract is: delivery and implementation of an integrated ERP IT system (ZSI-ERP) including:

1. creation, delivery and implementation of the ZSI-ERP system;

2. configuration of the server supporting the ZSI-ERP system and configuration of all workstations with printers;

3. transferring data from the Employer's systems to the ZSI-ERP system;

4. training the Employer's staff in operating the ZSI-ERP system or its individual components;

5. providing support after the implementation is completed for 24 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol.

3.2. The offered ZSI-ERP must be a fully integrated system, covering the following functional areas:

1. HR and payroll, including circulation of HR and payroll documents; service for foreigners;

2. finance and accounting, including the circulation of financial and accounting documents;

3. controling and budgeting, internal and external project management (grants);

4. logistics; warehouse management;

5. fixed assets;

6. purchases;

7. production; quality control;

8. sales support (offer, sale, distribution, CRM);

9. office, electronic circulation of documents; Directorate Secretariat; register-contract database;

10. doctoral studies;

11. Scientific Council.
