On a plot on Saltværksvej/Amager Strandvej in Tårnby Municipality, where there has previously been a plush factory, the housing organization Tårnbyhuse will build approximately 15,300 sq. m. gross floor area consisting of new public housing and common areas. Tårnbyhuse wants balconies in connection with the homes. The project is carried out in Integrated Construction in turnkey contract and contains both new construction (point houses), renovation and landscape works.

The project is carried out as Integrated Construction, which is offered in turnkey contract. Through a framework agreement, Tårnbyhuse has found the lead consultant for the Project – Mangor & Nagel Arkitektfirma A/S, part of AART. In the collaboration phase, the winning turnkey contractor and the turnkey consultant must work together, after which the turnkey consultant will become part of the turnkey contractor's team if the project continues to be carried out in turnkey contracts.

The turnkey contract is based on ABT 18 with derogations and additions. The contractor must provide security in accordance with ABT 18 § 9.
