A group of orders has been set up between the departmental council for the Culinary Preparation Unit (UPC), the Collège Émile Honnoraty in Annot, the Collège du Pays de Banon in Banon, the Collège René Cassin in Saint-André-les-Alpes , the Collège du Verdon in Castellane and the Collège André Massot in La Motte-du-Caire with a view to the award of public contracts. The conditions of performance of the services include elements of an environmental nature which take into account the objectives of sustainable development as follows: depending on the lots, certain products must be from organic farming: French AB label or European organic or equivalent (the candidate must provide proof of equivalence).
