Awarding of the GÜ services (planning and construction)

The new daycare center Breslauer Straße 21 is to be built in the immediate vicinity of the existing daycare center Breslauer Straße 17-19. It has a total size of 5,094 m², of which 2,003 m² can be built on the property in addition to the existing daycare center according to existing planning and building law. The new building must offer space for a 5-group daycare center.

The subject of this award procedure is a GC award in the sense of an overall offer consisting of planning and execution (planning and construction). In doing so, the GC is free to provide construction services itself. For the purposes of this procurement guideline, GÜ therefore also refers to contractors who also provide construction services themselves. A gradual commissioning is intended.
